MY WATCH IS NOT KEEPING ACCURATE TIME OR HAS STOPPED.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This may be caused by a weak battery.  Take your watch to a local jeweler or watch repair facility to replace the battery.  The battery number can be found on the back of the watch.  If this does not resolve the problem, please contact Customer Service.

HOW DO I REMOVE LINKS FROM MY WATCH?

Our bracelet models are generally sizable.  If you look on the back of the bracelet links, you will see arrows that point in the direction the pins come out.  Remove the pins and the links to the size needed.   It is best to have your watch sized at a local jewelry store.

MY CROWN WON’T PULL OUT.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your particular watch model might have a screw down crown.  Please turn the crown counter clock wise to allow it to be pulled out. Be sure to screw the crown back in after setting the time or your watch may become damaged.

CAN I ORDER A LONGER OR SHORTER STRAP?

Our straps are made to a length which will accommodate most wrist sizes. We do not carry extended strap lengths.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY WATCH FOR SERVICE?

If your watch is in need of repair and you have checked that it is still under warranty, please send an email to customerservice@centrictimepieces.com with your watch style number (found on the back), date of purchase and the type of repair. You will be contacted with further instructions.
